"The Lamb Biryani was soooo herby and tasty, 10/10, love. The Chana Masala I selected - Mild - just the right amount of heat level for me, delicious! I had it the second day with salmon, for dinner last night, omnom nom that was good. Also, I saw something about Indian Resturants that if they have the proper yogurt that it should be more sour than say yogurt in tzatziki sauce and it did not disappoint in that aspect, it's really cool to experience cultural food that tastes like the food-travelers describe it to taste like! "Everything was so delicious as usual. Today we had butter chicken, palak paneer and the vegetable fried noodles. Of course we had plain basmati rice and plain naan. No ginger on the noodles. Rice was so perfectly cooked, hot & fresh. Butter chicken was so tender and cooked to perfection. Palak paneer was spiced perfectly and so much cheese! Finally. That was always my biggest frustration. All of it was good and so fresh. I just wish they would add the chutneys to DD as an option. Called the restaurant and wanted the green mint chutney and the tamarind and they said ok they would add to the order but only gotrhe green one. Too spicy for me but my daughter loved it. "I recently ordered from Shemroon and tried their Shish Chicken Kebab and Baghali Polo with Lamb Shank. The flavors were truly impressive—both dishes were well-seasoned and delicious. The chicken was juicy, and the lamb shank had great potential.
However, I did notice a few things that could be improved. The Baghali Polo had very few fava beans, which made it feel more like plain rice than the traditional dish. Also, unfortunately, the lamb shank arrived quite cold, which took away from the overall experience.
If the restaurant can pay a bit more attention to the packaging and temperature of the food upon delivery, I believe they could easily gain many loyal customers—including myself. I genuinely look forward to ordering again and seeing how they continue to improve."
