"The Smokehouse BBQ Burger was great today!! The burger was cooked to perfection, the onion strings were very flavorful, the bacon was thick and delicious, and the sauce was a great topper. The fries were so much better than any other restaurant. Very delicious. Thanks!!"
"Recently, Cheesecake Factory has definitely lost the plot on both quantity and quality (for context, I've ordered from them the last 3 weekends in a row). Today, they used old tortilla chips as the base for my Factory Nachos and most of them were inedible as they were soaked in oil and/or too hard to eat and the portion was half of what it normally is (it's my fav dish and I've eaten it many tips both onsite and delivery). On my Caesar Salad , they omitted the croutons. The Street Corn had a lot of burnt portions. Finally - they sent butter, but omitted my complimentary bread. These items, plus the Brownie Crunch Choc-a-Lot Cheesecake cost me a total of $74.80 (before tip - and all of it was vegetarian, no meat added). It's really gotten out of hand and tells me I need to take a break from ordering from them.
As a footnote - last weekend I had the Spinach-Artichoke Dip and the amount received was a joke - it was literally just enough for 4 or 5 tortillas chips - for $20.50!!!!!"

"Ribs were tender but hardly any sauce tho. Missing all the condiments for quesadillas-no sour cream, pico, lettuce or ranch-I took the brisket out of all 4 pieces to fill one tortilla which was really good bite. The rest was cheese only. Jalapeño Sausage had a nice flavor."

"Had high hopes for this place but was very disappointed. Placed an order through DoorDash while at my sisters house caring for my elderly mom who recently suffered a stroke. I ordered the chicken piccata and a wedge salad. The chicken piccata looked really good but the salad not so great. The salad looked like the bacon was raw. I called the restaurant directly and spoke to a gentleman and told him the issue and said that I could send him a picture. He provided me a number to text him a picture and he said that he was going to ask the chef. He called me back and told me that the bacon was definitely cooked and went on to tell me that they cook the bacon in the over and then set it aside to cool. He said he saw what the raw bacon looks like and the bacon on my salad was definitely cooked. Needless to say, I didn't take his word and the $20 salad didn't get eaten. Not sure how you can look at the picture and say the bacon isn't raw. Even after expressing concern that I didn't want to feed my elderly mom something unsafe."
