"Absolutely stoked on the prawn and pork in this dish! The taro leaves were chopped more roughly than other versions of laing I've had but it was so delicious that i didn't mind that textural variation! The chillies were also whole, and added right on top so there wasn't a ton of spicy heat through it (which i kinda would have liked) but it made for a fun experience of taking a nibble out of a pepper to see what kinda spice you'd get with your bite :)
