"Always, fresh and flavorful! Simple, quick, delicious home-cooked Chinese dishes. I love the options and selections this place offers.
This time the restaurant forgot my broth for the egg noodle soup, but I would still give it a thumps up 👍."
"Ordered Tofu Pudding, Special - Nom Nom Chicken Feet, Braised Beef Brisket Noodles & Red Bean Curd Pork Trotters À La Carte. Tofu pudding was delicious. Just a tad bit more syrup. Chicken feet has a weird taste, edible but weird. Beef brisket had good flavor. I loved the tendons. They need to create an item "tendon noodles soup" lol pork trotters reminds me of my mom's...Her sauce was a lil thicker and sticky, but the flavor is there."

"Delicious salted fish filet (a bit salty but I like salty, fried, tender fish, perfect). I really liked their Beef Chow Fun (dry-style, has a nice hint of smokiness, beef is tender). Friendly gentleman took my order when I picked up my order. They're really grateful for business. I'll order from them again."

Beef crepe roll and shrimp crepe roll was okay (not very tasty, but good with the small soy sauce container they provided). Crispy taro turnover and pan fried turnip cake was good too. The shrimp had a tempura-like coating that was crispy, while the shrimp were cooked perfectly inside. The 111. Sweet & Sour Pork ( Breaded) was a huge portion, and was delicious. "L13. 家鄉炒米Hometown Fried Rice Noodle has good taste but chucks of meat need to sliced smaller L31. Salted Fish W/ Chicken Fried Rice was ok. The rice a little too mushy for my liking. Also needs to chop down the sizes of their meats and eggs. A5. 椒鹽雞翼 Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings always a favorite. You get 8 wings and are full of flavor. A4. 椒鹽豆腐粒 Salt & Pepper Tofu is also one of must have. So far they have made the tastiest tofu. Use to be Fat Wong's but they went downhill and no longer a restaurant. "i love the porridge, but the one thing that i was kind of dissappointed in was the amount of chicken i got. i paid 6$ extra for some chicken and i only got a small portion. i was expecting more but i got maybe 4 pieces of chicken with bone. overall, the porridge was bomb but just disappointed in the portions."
"All good! I don't usually go for Walnut Prawn 核桃蝦球 these days, but it was well-executed (crunchy walnuts on the side, monstrous prawns in a mayo-dressing) and a fun change. The Braised duck with fresh mushroom and ginger 鮮冬菇老薑燜鴨煲 is a more Chinese presentation - you gotta nibble at the little duck bones. So good dish if you're ready to work at it a bit. Chinese Sausage & Dry Scallop Fried Rice 瑤柱臘味炒飯 was def a good break from traditional pork fried rice - sweet, dry Chinese sausage and the rice was well-textured with scallop bits in it. Finally, I'm always a sucker for Egg Custard Buns 奶皇流沙包 and these didn't disappoint - they're the orange variety, a bit gushy and squirty, sweet and still steamy.
Glad I finally got a chance to try these guys and want to keep them in business. I will def return myself to try some of the good stuff I had to pass on this first visit -"

However the Half Peking Duck | 北京片皮鴨 was very small portion. It was not like the picture appeared. The portion offered was only enough for 1 person, about half the size I expected. "I always order the Black Jelly (16oz) and Taho. The flavors bring me right back to growing up and eating ChowKing in San Diego and Manila. I also love the Meaty Asado Siopao (1pc) and Chicken Mami - it's the noodles! I like the thin stringy ones in a good garlicky soup.
The highlight for me was realizing that all of the packaging is biodegradable and compostable!!! Even the "plastic" bag. Will be supporting this business 100 percent because they are earth wise."
"Ordered 3 different meals on 11/02 AM. The staff totally forgot an entire order. Don't yall check the receipt vs what's put in the bag before taping it to send to the DoorDash drivers? The portion is horrible, half cup rice with 2 hot dog-looking sausages that sadly don't even look like longganisa they presented in the pictures for $15 is just sad and not worth it. Siomai (4pcs) tasted OK, the wrappings fell apart though. Please think twice before ordering here - think how reliable their service is as they have missed items (this was not the first time) and think about the portion you'll be getting. "I ordered lunch via Doordash pickup and the order was ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, but the cashier was friendly and handed me my order right away. There were a few others waiting for order pickups as well. Maybe the restaurant is more of a dinner place? Regardless, the food was very flavorful and piping hot. From the hong kong noodles (with separate container of sauce+toppings), basil chicken + shrimp, and won ton soup, everything tasted GREAT! My only nit is that the basil dish was a bit heavy on oil. Not a big deal, I enjoyed it all and also appreciate their $5 discount on $25+ orders. Will return!"

"Love this place. Lots of choices. The Crab and Asparagus Soup is the real deal, no imitation crab. Same with the crab noodle soup (bun rieu). I love the Hot and Sour Soup Canh Cua, but I wish they would add more of the veggies and pineapple so it's not as salty and sparse. They could throw in some celery as well, like my grandma. You can only order fish or shrimp right now, so it would be nice if they offered combo with both. It would also be great if they offered dinner size (large) that came with white rice."
"I ordered the Pho Tai Beef Noodle Soup and BBQ Beef Spring Rolls BN Cuon (based on another review) for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it! The pho is her favorite and she said the sping rolls are on par with the shrimp ones. Definitely will dash again, got it all for a pretty good price too."

"We stumbled upon Stick & Steam while visiting and shopping downtown. We decided to order for delivery and are glad we did. The Dim Sum Samplers and Barbecue Pork Buns were excellent and nice and hot when they arrived."
"1. I'm disappointed they put all 3 types of dumplings in the same box even though it was 3 separate orders. Please don't do this! Food allergies are real and I have them, so that was really not cool at all. Luckily I was not allergic to anything in the box, but if I was, this review would be very different. I can appreciate that supplies are expensive, but putting people at risk for cross contamination and allergic reactions is unacceptable. Saving a few dollars on your bottom line is not worth someone's life. 3 separate orders=3 separate boxes.
2. Everything was cold when we got it and was not in reheatable containers which was disappointing as well.
3. the Hainan Chicken Rice | 招牌海南雞飯 was pretty good, but wow is this a small portion. Pork Siu Mai (3) | 豬肉蝦燒賣 was good. Beef Siu Mai | 牛肉燒賣 was good. XLB "Xiao Long Bao" (3) | 原味小籠包was also good. The Sparkling Pink Dreamer (Rose & Lychee) | 粉紅色夢幻 was pretty and tasted good.
Idk if I will order again. 3 orders in 1 box is not ok."

"I've ordered from here several times. The 12. String Bean over Rice Plate is one of the best things I've ever had. It's not just basic, its made with black bean sauce and ginger. I order it every time, it's a great deal as well. Always freshly made. The 19. Hot and Sour Soup is good as well. I only order the cup because i tried the full serving and it wasn't as good. "
"Chicken and corn soup large side was small, one of the 16oz containers that i would expect for the small. $13.95 for a small was not a good value. the taste was just ok. i wouldn't order it again. Rest of the meal was fine."

"Not too salty just the right amount. Fish is nice and tender and flaky. This is the lunch special, it was a good value although I do wish I had a piece or two more of fish but the portion is not bad at all and the flavor is good I will for sure order from here again :)"
"Solid spot for lunch specials. I've ordered from here a couple of times now and each time has been good. The lunch specials are a good portion for the price. It comes with a side of hot and sour soup. The soup is amazing, very spicy and sour. The food wasn't overly salty. "

"This is the best 3 color drink I've had in over 20 years. Please keep it this way. It was perfectly balanced with all 3 toppings and the coconut milk was perfect with the amount of ice. It wasn't overly sweet and it wasn't diluted. Will likely end up ordering this drink frequently."
"Amazing food and exceptional service! The staff was incredibly helpful over the phone when I ordered. The portions are huge, everything is extremely fresh, and the pork is succulent and full of flavor. This is hands down the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever tasted."

"Ordered Beef Crepes / 香茜牛肉腸粉 but whoever made them are very inconsistent. There were some that had a very thin layer of meat and others were full of meat. Steamed Beef Ball / 山竹牛肉丸are way too mushy, not good. Pan Fried Turnip Dumpling / 香煎蘿蔔糕was ok. Also got the Minced Beef and Egg White Soup / 西湖牛肉羹 looks meaty. Haven't tried it yet but sure it's good. Had a craving for Crispy Spring Rolls / 齋春捲 and it hit the spot."
"Hometown Style Ginger Chicken / 沙薑鷄煲 was mostlying bone and bristle. pieces of wings. very little actual edible Chicken. Good flavor though.
The House Special Fried Rice / 明苑炒飯 was not sent as ordered. It only has tiny shrimps and boiled eggs!"
