"the food was delicious per usual and well seasoned of course the only thing that I will say is that when ordering the oxtail just be prepared to get like four pieces of actual oxtail, and then the rest of the plate is rice and whatever your side is, but the oxtail were really big so I'm assuming that's why so little was given"
"The food didn’t taste very good. There was very little meat on the bone, mostly fat, and only about four or five pieces of meat total. It was disappointing and definitely not worth the price. Won't be ordering again."

"The food was amazing. It looks exactly how it does on the pictures 10 out of 10 I recommend. I specifically got the brown stew chicken with rice and peas and it's my favorite and King jerk definitely represents. I got the small for $15 on door dash but the portion was great. It would've been cheaper if I would've did a picked up "

"I love this place. Very flavorful. Meat is cooked well done, falls off the bone and is straight from their grill that's at the front door <3 . I love how their plate comes with tasty rice &' beans, delicious, healthy cabbage, the brown stew is perfect mouth watering, and the macNcheese makes a perfect side dish. Price is unbeatable. Thank you for always making my food with Love. "
"While the portion was generous the taste was lacking. Everything from the peas and rice to the chicken to the cabbage was bland. Even the brown stew, wasn't brown stewing! Don't get me wrong, the food appeared fresh. It just needed seasoning.
I thought this dish was a winner based on the photos but in the end I lost ( my $18).
I wouldn't order again."

"Everything came out deliciousMakaroni was very tasteful and the Griot (Fried Pork) was definitely a top runner."
"I ended up using DoorDash, which was a fast service. The price of the food was definitely not worth the quality that I had received an extreme amount of rice compared to the meat. The meat had good flavor, but unfortunately, the rice taste it old. I'm not sure if some people know what that refrigerator taste is like, but I truly think that if they're going to put food in the refrigerator, they need to put a few boxes of baking soda to absorb that smell and flavor. If the rice was fresh, then the restaurant would've definitely received five stars but again quite expensive for what I received. Hopefully after this review, they would be able to do better next time. Happy Sunday."

"I ordered "Normal" fried pork, however, I received fried pork in stew. Also, I was really looking forward to some good pikliz but it was sweet. Sweet pikliz!!! And I thought the rice was gonna be a side portion but it's like I ordered a plate of rice and a side of fried pork instead of the other way around. Sigh! I'm truly disappointed. "This food was absolutely phenomenal! We ordered Oxtail, BBQ Ribs, Brown Stewed Chicken, 1 Lb Jerked Chicken, and a Large Flop. Everything was flavorful, tender, delicious, and the portions were huge! The rice had so much gravy on it which is usually lacking from other restaurants. The veggies were so good and seasoned. The only thing that I would change with this is including more plantains because they were so good that I wanted more! I am so glad that this place was open late and I ordered from here. Uncle Clifford will have my business when I return to Miami from Phoenix! "

"I want to be frank here. Make no mistake. the food was absolutely delicious and flavorlful. Which is why I was so dissapointed with the portion sizes for the price. "Lorna’s served a meal that tasted like home cooking done right. The Brown Stew Chicken came tender and deeply seasoned, sitting in a rich savory gravy I wanted on everything. "I would never order Caribbean Me "Oxtails" from this restaurant again. I could count on my one hand how much pieces I got.... LITERALLY....one small piece of oxtail for each finger. Then to top it off it was drowned in gravy and placed in a big plate as if it was a lot of food. The only thing that made the plate heavy was the load of rice they put with it. The Griot (Fried Pork) Meal was dry and the picles that came with them were tangy.....too much vinegar and not enough spice. The Fried Red Snapper Meal was not too bad. The dumplings were gummy. The entire meal was $100, and there was nothing much to talk about."

" I wish I could say this was just an awful night for the kitchen, but the food I received was so poorly executed that I felt no one cared from the start. The wings arrived looking tired and tireless. The skin was limp and it was very greasy. the wings were very, very, very small, small clean to me that was somehow both dry and stringy the sauce. If you could call it that was watery flavorless coding that slid right off leaving behind behind a sad pale chicken underneath every bite was a battle between betweenlandness and an unpleasant steel aftertaste as if the oil had been sitting in the fryer for too long the fries were no better they were limp soggy, and unevenly cooked some pale and underdone others dark and bitter from being over fried instead of the satisfying crisp snap they bent like damp cardboard. The seasoning was almost nonexistent and what little salt there was clung into clumps, making some bites painfully, salty, and others completely flavorless. Overall, the male felt careless as though it had been sitting under a heating lamp for hours before reaching my table. The textures were wrong. The flavors were absent. The quality was far below, even the most basic expectations for something as simple as wings and fries I would not order from this place all the pictures is false advertisement terrible experience. "

"Damn good stew peas!!! Fresh meat! Flavorful!!! Large portion!! Perfection!! Hit just the right spot. Sorry I didn't take a pic!! Was too hungry to play! Not one complaint!!!"
"I usually don't take my time to rate restaurants and I actually should. My reason for leaving this review today is because Marthabrae food made me so happy I've been working 22days straight and today I finally have a day off. I've order almost every single day DoorDash and I've been so disappointed with so many restaurants. Today Marthabrae made me sooooooooooo happy because these oxtails are slapping lol meaning sooooo good lol. Thank you for the cooks in your kitchen because whaooo I'm enjoying every bite as we speak."

"I ordered the curry shrimp and the jerk chicken small plates. Both are very good and the portions are amazing! They were alsp packaged perfectly for delivery. "
"Wanted to love the food, and ordered Jerk Chicken (Mini) and the Jerk Chicken Pasta (Large). The chicken was dry, and the pasta was a small portion for a large. Not enough gravy for both. In the descriptions, please be more descriptive for allergy purposes. I hope the merchant sees it as constructive feedback. "

"Curry Chicken was absolutely delicious! very flavorful and the food was very fresh the portion is also very large for the price. this is a value for the money I will definitely be ordering back from B&M ."
"The portion was pretty large for a $12 meal, so that was a great plus. The food was freshly cooked. My only issue is the rice was a bit bland. But the chicken and cabbage were flavorful enough. All in all, not bad for $12, but it was just a bit bland and the rice was sticky, not parboiled."

"Until now, I only trusted one Haitian restaurant only. I withhold their name because it is irrelevant. Now that I have found Jenny's, I couldn't be happier. Their food tastes authentically Haitian. Their diri kole is second to none. So is their griot. Some restaurants overuse pepper to mask their shortcomings. However, Jenny's food is well seasoned while letting the flavor of the food shine. The staff is also very nice and always aims to satisfy their customers. The myth of "the ruder the staff, the tastier the food is a lie". "
"By far the this might best Haitian food I've had in life. This might even be better than Greg's cookout/bernys and whoever else is your favorite. The fried goat was appealing and delicious! The food was fresh and flavorful. I want the bigger portion next time. I definitely have found my favorite spot"
