"This was the worst experience I've had with this Zaxbys. I ordered two items- Boneless Wings - 10 and Fried White Cheddar Bites. The cheddar bites weren't warm at all. They were so stale to the point they were almost hard. Also I paid over $6 for them and the container wasn't even half full. The photo I took is exactly how the bites came (except the one I bit). I could tell the boneless wings were also old. They weren't warm and the only thing saving them was the sauce. My dasher picked up and delivered my food within 20 minutes of me ordering so I know the low quality of my food had nothing to do with the wait time. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because I've been to this Zaxbys in person several times and know that they can do much better. However, the last few times I have ordered from them using DoorDash my food has been close to terrible. I paid $19 (not including fees and a tip) for this meal. The customer not being physically at the store is no excuse for lowering quality. I will not be ordering from here again through DoorDash. "

They're so nice and you can't broaden your horizons and try new things without asking for information/suggestions from the people within that culture. Everything is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. It's seasoned with good spices and love. It's pleasant for those of us used to heavy spices but also tolerable and pleasant for those of us that aren't used to heavy spices. It's perfectly seasoned and right in the middle for EVERYONE. Not too salty or spicy and not too bland. The meats are perfectly cooked. I usually can't tolerate chicken breast due to dietary restrictions and it being too dry at most places, but the chicken on the Mix Grill here is perfectly cooked and moist and went down so well. It comes with some type of beef or lamb chunk skewer, chicken chunk skewer, and ground lamb kebab skewer (sticks removed for all) over yellow rice, drizzled with white sauce ; cucumber, tomato, and onion salad ; and hummus with mini pita crisps on top. Absolutely amazing! Lamb Chops are also moist and flavorful. They're so tender and juicy. It's a national treasure and must be protected at all costs. It comes with the same sides as the Mix Grill. The Kibbeh (2 Pieces) surprised me. I tried it on a whim, completely clueless because I ordered through DoorDash at lunch time and wasn't about to call and bother them with questions.
