Flavors are not Salvadoran and they are not as filled as one would have hoped. The curtido is terrible and is missing many ingredients and the correct taste. Overall the food lacks authenticity. The salsa isn't tomato sauce as it's suppose to be. It is more of a Mexican take on pupusas which truly misses the mark especially since they are very pricy despite it being "on sale" .
