"Honest review. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was a big order and I don't know how busy they were. That and the good price are what is keeping this from 2 stars. Took nearly an hour to make, my poor driver was waiting there forever, only for the food to come like half of it was just sitting there. The Caesar Chicken was pretty good, all things considered. You say it comes with dressing, we didn't get any, so I literally had to buy a bottle of salad dressing separately since you either forgot to include it or lie on the site. Greek salad had the same issue but all in all it was good and well portioned. Mozzarella Sticks were miserable, came like they weren't even cooked, the cheese inside was a solid brick. Steak & Cheese Grinders and Chicken Cutlet Grinders honestly have a really good price, definitely the saving grace of this restaurant. A lot of places made them super expensive so the quantity for the price is impressive. The chicken was well seasoned, if dry, but honestly it was a very filling part of the meal, I'm usually never satisfied with just a half grinder. The Chopped Cheese Grinders on the other hand... they were okay. I found a really, rock hard piece of something in mine, I don't know what. But the sandwich in itself was fine."

Jalapeños were bottled not fresh, but worse was half a container of lettuce, who puts romane lettuce on nachos?! And the container was 60% lettuce, very little onion, jalapeño, and tomatos. They gave a side of what I can only describe as tomato paste and salsa. I didn’t take a photo of one container of toppings before I had to put the nachos together myself (we were hungry and I added more cheese) but did include a pic of lettuce we didn’t use which was more than half the container.
Fried Calamari with Gorgonzola and peppers $19.99 -- wouldve been ok but they put the Gorgonzolain a container inside the container and it was liquid when we got it since it was so hot! Ive never seen gorgonzola completely melted! Tried to show this in photo. There were also pieces of french fries in our calamari!! This means they use the same oil to fry both!! $18.99 -- this was my dinner and it was inedible!! It was so soggy that the bread on the bottom half was comletely shredded. I am not exaggerating! I couldn't eat it. I ended up scraping some meat off, and toasting my own bread and cheese with it today, didnt eat it last night. Burger my husband liked the burger but had to take the long hot peppers off because they were too hot, they were huge but that’s no fault of the restaurant, just too hot for him. The half pound burger was great size and he said at least they didn’t skimp on the bacon. Sadly, his sweet potato fries which cost $2 upcharge were so soggy he couldn’t eat them. I put them in the air fryer which helped a little but he barely ate any.

I think this restaurant is new to delivery orders, the packaging is just bad. They should put fried foods on tin foil at least and you never put Gorgonzola inside a tin container with very hot fried food. We order out far too often and this was simply awful on so many levels. It’s bad enough food is soggy but the frying issues, the lack of ingredients, strange ingredients, misplacement of ingredients, not providing what we paid for, no utensils as requested, it was a horrible experience and it’s depressing we spent so much money on it. I do not recommend delivery from this restaurant, nor take out. "
