My daughters Victoria's Filet® Mignon* was cooked Well as requested (ewwww) but still juicy and flavorful. There was not an ounce of dryness just because it was well done. My Bone-In Ribeye* 20 oz. was ordered Medium (pink with some red) and that too was done perfectly! The meal arrived HOT and steaming. The broccoli and asparagus cooked to perfection. "Kitchen crew tonight absolutely nailed my order. Temps were perfect even after travel (that's not an easy feat) and everything was delicious.
