We also didn’t receive any Parmesan or red pepper chili flakes, which you’d think would be a given with a pizza order...especially considering pretty much every other pizza place includes multiple packets, even through DoorDash. We ordered a large pizza, two small pizzas, garlic bread, chicken strips, AND wings, and somehow only received two tiny ranches for the entire order. For the amount of food we ordered, that’s honestly ridiculous. Definitely won’t be ordering from Old Town again."

This order was ridiculously put together, for the price. One item had missing ingredients, while another had the entire double protein request ignored ($6+). It appears Kid's Quesadilla meals come with the requested meat on the side, as opposed to being included with the (light) cheese and tortilla.
