At this point, I almost want to open the whole thing up and doctor it myself with salt, pepper, pico de gallo, lime, maybe even some hot sauce just to make it enjoyable. I’m honestly shocked there wasn’t even salsa or sour cream included, because it desperately needs something to bring moisture and flavor to the dish.
For the price, I genuinely feel like I could have made something far more flavorful at home for a third of the cost. If you’re looking for bold, authentic Latin flavors, this probably is not the spot. Keep looking."
