Caffè Latte
Caffè Latte at Crema House is a double shot of espresso with steamed milk and a thin layer of foam, made to order in our Ottawa caffè. The espresso is Blasercafé Marrone, a Swiss-roasted blend of 70% arabica and 30% robusta, so the coffee still shows through the milk. It is larger and milkier than a Cappuccino and has less foam, with a smooth, rounded texture from properly steamed milk. The plain latte is unsweetened; flavoured versions with pistachio, hazelnut, vanilla, caramel, maple or pum

Swiss Roll
Swiss Roll Large at Crema House in Ottawa is a full-size Swiss roll from our pasticceria: a thin sheet of soft sponge cake spread with cream and rolled into a spiral. The roll comes in Chocolate, Espresso, Pistachio or Vanilla, and it is sold whole rather than by the slice. Cut into eight to ten rounds it serves a table, and the spiral pattern makes it look like more work than it was. The sponge is light and the cream is not heavily sweetened, so it suits afternoon tea more than dessert after di

Cream Puff
Cream Puff at Crema House in Ottawa is a hollow shell of choux pastry filled with fresh whipped cream, baked and filled each morning in our pasticceria. Choux is the same dough as a profiterole or éclair, piped and baked until it puffs and dries, and we fill it with lightly sweetened cream so the pastry stays the focus. It is cool, light and not sugary, which is why it appears on Persian tea tables as nan-e khamei as often as in a French pâtisserie. It contains wheat, egg and dairy; the pistac

"First time trying turkish food and I was extrordinarily pleased. I ordered the Chicken Adana Dinner and I received this spicy but flavourful chicken with this delicious bulgur (which is my first time trying as well). Portions were excellent and I even had some saved for later, food came very quickly and the bread was heavenly and puffy and delicious. First time leaving a review but I highly recommend and will personally be back."
"It was okay, but not what I was expecting based on the description.
Kebab plate had no tomato, no sumac, no butter for the rice, which was just plain white rice with parsley, but I will say it was a generous amount of rice. Falafel wrap was smaller than pictured and very dry. I'd be a little less bothered about this if the prices weren't as high as they are."

"Little pricy vs before but tasty food"
"I genuinely do not understand the ratings for FEZ Shawarma. Before my order was even prepared, I called and asked if I could switch my order to the Saj Platter, which was actually cheaper than the plate I originally ordered. I was told no, even though it would have cost them less.
Then the food arrived and somehow got even worse. I left specific instructions, and none of them were followed. My plate showed up with no hummus, no garlic sauce, barely any potatoes, no pita bread, and a pile of dry, disgusting meat.
Seriously, how do you give somebody a shawarma plate with no hummus and no garlic sauce? Those are basic parts of the meal. Instead, I got a container full of dry meat, about four potatoes, and no pita bread. It was incomplete, poorly prepared, and felt like nobody cared what was being sent out the door.
The customer service was just as disappointing as the food. I called ahead to make a simple change to a cheaper platter and was told no. Then the order arrived missing half of what makes a shawarma plate a shawarma plate.
They should be ashamed of the quality they’re serving customers. I’ve ordered shawarma from plenty of places in Ottawa, and this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Shawarma Palace is a million times better in terms of quality, portions, and consistency. Save your money and order elsewhere."

I definitely recommend Boustan for anyone looking for good food, good value and a much healthier alternative to pizza or burgers and fries! I will definitely order from Boustan again!"
"Lil' Bowl super tasty, good portion, mostly pretty fresh although the beef was a little dry, totally will order again. Great for those watching their calories but still want a good-sized meal 8.6/10. Kafta Kabab Pita was super yummy and fresh, good meat-to-pita and sauce ratio. 9/10"

"I got the very same thing every time I visit Ottawa Shawarma.
It is consistently fresh delicious and perfectly made. I savour every bite!
They also graciously cut it into for me each time as I always get a large sandwich.
I would give them 10 stars if that were an option. The portion size is just perfect."
"I have been a client of Ottawa Shawarma since they opened.
I won't put in writing how many times I've been though, lol! But I can confidently tell you that they know me well enough to recognize that I would like my large sandwich cut into when I order. Depending upon who is prepping my food, they remember or there's a moment of recognition when I make the request, like this is the lady who's in here so very much!
The staff always warmly welcome me and the food is always exceptional. Consistently delicious, so fresh and generous with both the chicken and the veggies on my chicken sandwich.
I must confess that I don't know anything about their other selections as I only ever get the very same thing.!
On occasion, I also get their supremely tasty potatoes with garlic sauce and it is bliss. I save every bite.
I don't go to any other Shawarma place even though there are a few between my house and this location.
I know five stars is a high rating, but I would give them 10! Once you try their Shawarma, you won't want anyone else's!
I absolutely love Ottawa Shawarma.
I see that they like a photo of the food, but it never lasts long enough for me to take a picture."
