"Green Papaya Salad (S) is everything I was hoping it would be. Fresh, crisp, bright flavors and such a good crunch. Dressing is SO GOOD- tangy and sweet, with only the tiniest, tiniest hint of spicy; not too saucy either, so the flavors of the papaya and carrots and such still come through beautifully; though it pools at the bottom so if you *do* want to just drink the rest of it at the end like the sweet nectar it is.. you can. I did, haha. Even the small is a large portion; was enough for a whole meal for me, would be good for two as an appetizer if splitting unless you have more voracious appetites, imho.
