"Vezir's kitchen is authentic and fresh -- makes me miss Turkey...Chicken Adana Kebab is tender and delicious! (Pilaf rice was a bit too salty, but still good) Appreciated the small side salad and sauces. Lentil soup is perfect with freshly baked Turkish pide bread. Tamek slightly sweet sour cherry juice is a fave. Will most certainly order again!"
"Vezir is honestly THE BEST food - every single thing I have ever ordered. There has been amazing. I've been ordering there for over a year. The hummus is incredible. The stuffed grape leaves are out of this world. The kebabs are fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is my all-time favorite place to eat from."

"It's just as I had remembered it! It's as if I ordered it from Istanbul. Not greasy and none of that sauce stuff. Fries inside as it should! Its filling, portion is good, pair it with ayran drink. It's a must try! "
"I love the food in this store and order a lot, but I just ordered Doner Over Rice and they delivered doner with no rice. This happened once again before where they delivered different things than I ordered. I know the store gets busy but i wish they could pay more attention to the doordash orders. My son is sick and he wanted to eat doner with rice which he couldn't get. Disappointing."

"I tried the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and it was AMAZING!! Super tasty and creamy, the chicken had a great flavor as well and I loved that it was cut into thin stripes instead of big bulky chunks of chicken. I love pasta and I find that most places that serve fettucine alfredo make it very dry or too bland, but this one was just perfect. It was my first time ordering from here and I will definitely be ordering again!"
"I order this combo once in a blue when I'm just so tired and don't want to cook . the best of the best the beans 🫘 are always fresh and the Pollo a la brasa amazing well cooked . the combo itself is dinner rice beans chicken fried plantains good fresh salad with corn and a 2 liter coke to wash it all down . love their cooking thank you casa de mofongo ."

"zucchini pancakes were an item I've never ordered before-- they were awesome. spicy vegetables which I think is traditionally called acili ezme is amazing when you add a dollop or two or three on your other dishes or just for dipping your bread. I always order the spicy veg, chicken shish, lamb shish and either the shepherd or kilim salad."
"Delivery is always on time. Meat is always juicy and fresh. Even the rice is so perfect and yummy. I mostly get the chicken sis and the lamb sis sometimes. Acili Ezme (which is like a roasted red pepper salsa type spread- little spicy) and the lebne are great if you mix it up with the rice and the meat and the salad. Highly recommend the shepherds salad and the nomad salad. Just an fyi- the nomad has little bits of pickles and lots of walnuts. These are pluses for me but may not be for everyone. Anyway I love this place. Very consistent. "

"I am originally from Turkey and very picky about what is marketed as Turkish food around here (even in Patterson and Clifton known as little Istanbul).
This restaurant is out of this world. The food reminds me of the best of the best in Turkey.
We ordered the package for two which came with so much food including salad, four cold one hot (the liver) appetizers, mixed grill (generous sampling of all they have to offer and the Adana, döner and the lamb shish kebab so tasty). I couldnt get to the chicken fast enough and lost it to my son who also inhaled the eggplant (he surprised even himself with that actually).
There is dessert which I was too full to taste.
Last but not least the still warm heavenly bread which I forgot to include in the picture.
I don't know how I missed this place before but I will make up for it. "

"Food is always good Curry Goat portions and taste great and fresh.
Female workers are very respectful and polite! She even called to ask me if I'd want rice and peas because it's no more white rice . Order again and again"
"They're usually excellent with their orders. For some reason their Oxtail Beef tasted like jerk seasoning which is unusual AND on top of it I ordered a large and was literally given only tiny small oxtail with fat. No large sizes of oxtail and the value was nothing compared to the last time I ordered. Not pleased this time. I sure hope I don't have this issue in the future."

"This place is as beautiful and the food is amazing! The chicken was so juicy and tasty. Plantains were fresh, perfectly salted, and crisp. I wish the rasta pasta was a little less dry. Overall, amazing and pretty plating, I didn't even wanted to ruin the presentation. "
"The Jerk Chicken had great flavor and a nice smoky char, but it was on the dry side, and chopping it up left a lot of small, tough, bony pieces. If it weren't for how many bony pieces I received, I'd say this was a good portion for the price.
The rice and peas was a real letdown. It tasted completely unseasoned, and I unfortunately got stuck with clumps from the bottom of the pot that were dry, mushy, and devoid of any coconut or herbal flavor. The house jerk sauce had a decent tang and helped rescue the dry chicken, but overall, it missed the mark.
Would I order again? Maybe, but there are better places for jerk chicken so not anytime soon"

"This place is totally underrated on here -- rated much better online by the way -- but every time I've ordered, we are impressed with the food. I absolutely love the steak burrito, it is my favorite item. It's always fresh, I like to get a side of guacamole to add to it. The prices are reasonable, and they do well with special requests. The green sauce is so good, not spicy, but they have the red sauce for that kick if you're into it. Nachos are great too, rice and beans have plenty of flavor - will continue to order."
"Portions are small for the price & putting large pieces of lettuce so it gets soggy in a burrito is a crime."

"This was my favorite place for actual Indian. The new menu and recipes have lost the magic imo. Worst item was onion bhaji. Bhajis were oily and mushy like clumped fried paper towels. Seabass Moilee was like tilapia and very fishy. Salmon methi sauce was off. Lassis were tiny and sugary. Bread was stiff and bland. It felt like the chef was out, and random people cooked our meal. Ackee cooked very well with great flavors. Additionally I ordered saltfish fritters. They were tasty and big enough for a meal/ snack on there own. Lastly I ordered 2 more fried dumplings. This meal will last into lunch for me as well. I plan to order again, enjoy!"
"These oxtails were absolutely perfect!
Tender, fall off the bone morsels of deliciousness!
I wasn't sure how large the portions were so I ordered a medium. I have enough left over for lunch tomorrow! I can't wait. "

"Ate it too fast to take pictures, but... the Oxtail fell off the bone just like it should, and the rice and peas were delicious. It was a massive portion of food, too. Well worth the price.
The Macaroni & cheese wasn't creamy the way I prefer it, but it was cheesy and flavorful. All around -- very good, very filling."
"10/10 for the Rasta Pasta (Shrimp & Jerk Chicken) , and the Chicken Soup. Both were extremely flavorful, chicken was juicy, and proportions were amazing. Tried this place on a whim, and would order again!"

"The Taylor ham and cheese on the everything bagel was so good! Arrived hot and fresh ! The home fries were good, but the potatoes weren't soft as I would have liked. They had a good flavor, though. Overall, great food, great communication from the restaurant regarding a substitution, and the Dasher was communicative, as well."
"I love this place, I love their lox and cream cheese bagel sandwiches. This time I added capers, cucumbers, avocado and I used scallion cream cheese. This place is phenomenal. Bagels always taste fresh even in the afternoon. I mean I always get them toasted but regardless I've never struggled to chew these bagels. And the portions are great. Love this place, it's my current lunch/breakfast fixation."

"I was under the weather, and figured Sopa de Pollo / Chicken Soup was the right move. I looked around and figured I'd try Costambar since it was close and relatively quick. I have genuinely never had a better chicken soup in my life. I don't even like yucca, and this worked incredibly well with it. Honestly, better than most sancocho I've had. it was flavorful and the consistency of sancocho, but with its own direction and a few noodles."
"I paid $16 for a sancocho it was good but the container you guys give it in i barely get any soup because if the meat , the bones, the potatoes etc. basically it was $16 wasted for barely any soup. When i threw it in the plate it was barely anything but meat and vegetables. This is not worth $16 st all $21 with service fee smh"
