"First, the mango lassi here is so delicious. Just sweet enough, but thick and delightfully tart. Secondly, I don't know how, but these are such flavorful noodles for being a vegetarian item! The noodles traveled well in the delivery and were still warm. They roll right up on a fork (I didn't try to use chopsticks this time).
Finally, I've had the chicken and cilantro hand pies at the store. They are wonderful if you like cilantro. Note: CILANTRO. (polarizing ingredient)
I like the crust and this time it is a little different than the one I had in store the other week, but heated thoroughly and the chew is satisfying. The crust does not flake or make a big mess, if you are worried about trying to eat at a desk or a less ideal environment.
While not in our delivery order this time, we have eaten the dumplings at the restaurant (and made the frozen version). They are top notch."

"The Pani Puri was thoroughly delectable. The pani (tamarind water with boondis) was thick with flavor unlike the usual watered down version I've tasted elsewhere. I wish there were more pooris, though. The potato based filling perfectly balanced out the tangyness of the pani and the meethi (dates) chutney.
My only suggestion would be to include more pooris and accordingly some additional quantity of the potato filling.

"Korma is my fav dish of ALL time, and East India continues to have the best korma I ever had. If you like Tikka Masala but are looking for something new to try, I'd recommend the Korma! I personally love to use the Garlic Naan to roll up some curry + basmati rice that is served alongside the curry dish. Indian burrito style af!

However my personal favourite is the korma & samosas, as well as the chana pindi. The garlic naans are perfect: not too much, not too little. Everything about East India Co. is absolutely amazing. "The best part of the meal was the Massaman Curry. I would buy this again. Phad See Ew however was a little dry for us. We think it needed more sauce and flavor. Chicken soup was a major disappointment- it had nothing in it. It looked like they just added water to bouillon then added a few pieces of shredded chicken no veggies or anything. I know of some Asian spots that give free broth on the side and that is what it looked like. Just broth. I took photos because it was so shocking and a little upsetting to pay $9 for just a small side of broth. Maybe we came on an off day or just didn't order the right things but I hope they do well. "

"WOW the taste was beyond what we expected! So flavorful and each curry dish has a distinct taste that we couldn't get enough of. We ordered 3 curries - Lamb, Brisket and Pork and all are beyond a 10 rating - so DELICIOUS! We also ordered the sweet and sour chicken which if you want something fried and not overly breaded and with a lot of flavor then this is it! It is boneless, tender, juicy and the sauce all over it is not over powering but a complimentary to the chicken - recommended to eat it while still warm.
The amount you receive for take out / delivery was more than enough for 2 adults and still have left overs. If you order 1 curry dish for 2 adults then it may not be enough if you are hungry, I would suggest 2 curries or another dish.
The cost based on the amount you receive is fair since the flavor of the curry and the types of meat used in the curry and how the meat is tender & flavorful is better than what I have tasted before in other Thai restaurants.

"I know this place is new & it's a neat concept but our first experience was a little awkward. I chose the lowest sugar level which didn't add any sweetness to the drink. There are many levels so not sure which to choose. The "honey bun" (not pictured) was an actual mini hamburger bun. Not a fan @ $6. What is the Rose City Chai? A description would be nice. My chai came in another store's branded cup which was confusing, I thought it was a wrong order or just a weird way to cut corners. The hot chai was good but had an open hole & spilled en route. We would order again, maybe in store for a better experience & to try the traditional clay cups."
