"I really do not like to leave unfavorable reviews, but I was unhappy. Just because it was not the flavor I am use to when it comes to Oxtails. The sauce was not a dark brown color or taste. It had a stewy sauce look and taste to it, but the portion was plentiful And the Oxtails were very tender and fall if the bone. Just not the traditional Oxtails I am use to.
The Coco Bread was okay, but looked just as I have had it from other Jamaican restaurants. The cabbages were not seasoned and the rice and peas were over cooked and dry. If I had been in the restaurant, I definitely sent it back and got a refund because after that, I had lost my appetite and the meal was NOT cheap. Expected better for the price!

The NAAN was soft and FLUFFY with right amount of chewiness. The Kabuli Rice was TENDER, the raisins were rehydrated before cooking, so they were sweet and soft. Faluda is just like Vietnamese chè or pudding. The rose is fragrant and not at all like soap. It was a very fun dessert. "Too generic for the price. The platter is just bland lettuce, bland tomatoes, and orange rice... it's like the sides given for a generic Mexican restaurant, which I was not expecting. Most other halal/Mediterranean/Turkish places have far more flavor and spice and seasoning. The rice is supposed to be fragrant. This was just... generic and bland all around. Also really disappointing that the regular size only came with 4 wings. And they're small. The breading makes them seem normal, but there's barely enough meat for $18. The Mango Iced Tea is alright. Easily the most enjoyable thing I had.

It was a good portion size of each but we drove 30 minutes to get this food and the main course was really dry. The lentil soup and cheese pide were phenomenal. The bread and oil were delicious as always but for $20 a plate, they should be included with the meals instead of having to pay extra for them. When you order a meal and eat it at the restaurant it's free but not on their online ordering apps. Considering the amount of time it took to get home after we picked it up I would say it was fresh.
