Take my advice and order extra Au Jus to dip your fries in. You won't be disappointed. You could also thicken the Au Jus using flour/starch or whatever you're supposed to use. Don't thicken much as you want the savory OG Au Jus to taste perfect. Then add the shreds of roast beef that fall off and maybe some cheese and dip em in the Jus.

"I have ordered the California Taco manytimes a the last two times the taco has been soggy on the bottom and all the meat fellout upon lifting it. They used to put something under the tacos and then it didn't do that. Also they put the salsa in the bag with the chips and then a workers hand has touched the cup that is now touching my chips. Less chips can fit in the bag when the cupsof salsa are in the bag.so you only get like 4 chips in the bag. Joses has gotten so stingy with the chips they used to give you 2 small bags and put the salsa on the side where it should be. "The Bratwurst with Mustard & Grilled Onions was great. I think it would be good to get it with extra mustard next time. The Classic Chili Cheese Fries were good - perfect ratio of cheese and chili; can't go wrong with this classic. Cucumber Lemonade was so refreshing. I really enjoyed it- not overly sugary or tangy and it had a really nice, natural cucumber flavor - would def get this drink again. Lastly, the Junkyard Dog - got one with polish sausage and pretzel bun & the other with beef hotdog. The polish sausage was good - a little spicy. I like both but prefer the beef with this one! The pretzel bun was excellent! Everything I received is exactly what I ordered & my food was hot and fresh. Will definitely be ordering from here again. "
