"Food was excellent and came very hot! My only suggestion would be a little lighter on the spice, the heat level. I put in comments for the Masala, Mild and it was medium, tolerable and still tasty. The sauce was thick and had a pleasant sweetness to it. The chicken was cooked perfectly! My husband had the Goan shrimp. he loves spice so he sat there and ate it while sweating and mouth on fire! The only thing that could be better was the achaar, please give authentic Pakistani achaar like Shan or National.
The bun kabab was very authentic, more daal in the kabab than meat, just like back home. The bun kabab would benefit from a sweeter tomato sauce like back home. But overall one of the best bun kababs I’ve had in NJ.
The behari kabab paratha roll was innovative in how it was portioned like a quesadilla, very interesting. The behari kabab was super soft and melted in my mouth just like back home. I like it thinner like gyro meat. The prawns were ok. I imagine if I ate them fresh they would've been better but some dishes can't overcome the 20-30 min in the car, especially shrimp. All in all very flavorful and decent portion size for the price point when considering it's delivery. Will get it again "
