"I pre-ordered 3 Polar Pizzas for an office event using Baskin-Robbins' DoorDash delivery service. About 10 minutes before my window of time for delivery came, I got a text message from the driver (April Smith) letting me know the store ("BR") did not have the flavor that I requested. I replied to April to get what they had but to let the store know that I was NOT happy about the last-minute change. When April got to BR she asked to speak with a manager. I unfortunately did not get the manager's name (because he deserves some credit as well!) but he personally began getting my order together for her, with the flavors originally ordered. April delivered the order on-time and with a smile and I am forever grateful to her for stepping up and providing outstanding customer service.

"I've had High Byrd twice now and I'm not gonna lie, when I first tried it I was a little skeptical because I'm not a fan of the other restaurants in this same location. But High Byrd blew the roof off of my expectations! The wings are really good quality and I'm a huge fan of the sauce. Also I really liked the sauce distribution, a lot of places have too much sauce on some wings and not enough on others or etc., but the wings were perfectly sauced and the flavor is really good.
