"I pre-ordered 3 Polar Pizzas for an office event using Baskin-Robbins' DoorDash delivery service. About 10 minutes before my window of time for delivery came, I got a text message from the driver (April Smith) letting me know the store ("BR") did not have the flavor that I requested. I replied to April to get what they had but to let the store know that I was NOT happy about the last-minute change. When April got to BR she asked to speak with a manager. I unfortunately did not get the manager's name (because he deserves some credit as well!) but he personally began getting my order together for her, with the flavors originally ordered. April delivered the order on-time and with a smile and I am forever grateful to her for stepping up and providing outstanding customer service.
The Baskin-Robbins manager at the N New Braunfels located is very much appreciated and should be proud to be associated with such a conscientious DoorDash driver as April!

Was messy on the outide and the banana was old and brown. The door dash lady apologized profusely stating that the store was a mess. One empl had house slippers on, people were waiting and the manager on duty didnt seem to care much about the wait time, or condition of the items being prepared. "I ordered the meal deal called "I love to be alone," mostly because the name of it cracked me up. But also, i do love to be alone, and I love pizza and wings. Pretty straightforward stuff. Im just in town visiting so I had no idea which pizza place to order from, but i couldn't pass up the deal.
I got the pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and beef. Its amazing. Really good crust and plenty of cheese! For the wings (you get five with the deal which is plenty), i ordered mild with blue cheese dressing for dipping. The wings were a bit spicier than the mild Im used to, but they were still really good. You can tell they're good just by their orange color. And they weren't super saucy, which i like because it's less messy. Idk about anyone else, but im not interested in being the reason buffalo wing sauce ends up on the hotel sheets.
If im ever back in town (which i hope to never be because I don't like it here. No offense, im sure youre all lovely. But this heat is brutal), I would order again! "

"The Korean Hot Chicken was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps they can use an aerated packing container lid or pierce some holes in the lid so that the chicken doesn't become soggy. Because of the condensation in the current package, the chicken loses its crunch. It's still tasty and I recommend it. The Beef and Radish Soup had a good, balanced flavor; it was light on seasoning but still good. The restaurant provides hot sauce which is a plus. Overall, the portions were adequate and it was excellent quality."
