"The good: The Torta Gallegos was absolutely delicious, great combination of flavors and textures, with a nice spicy pickled carrot salad as a side. The 5 Mini Tacos de Asada (you can choose all 5 taco meats individually) were true to what I have eaten in various locations both here in San Diego and in my youth in Mexico, and they were a good value based on food to cost ratio. The bad: The "Extras" Chips that I got were described as having cheese and Guacamole with them, however I received no cheese or Guacamole.

the golden soup w/ suancai and fish is pretty good! got mine with enoki and cabbage, there's a good amount of that and the main 2 ingredients in the bowl, which is also a nice size (for a very cute take-out bowl). The crispy pork isn't too bad, but the batter is kinda sweetweirsly enough; and it was also like that for the shrimp cheese balls, which the cheese wasn't great but the ball of shrimp around it was good! Soup also came with a nice sized rice microwaveable container. I didn't really like the brown sugar rice cakes the most - thought they'd be more crispy and the syrup is too sweet but also lacking like idk flavor? it only tastes like brown sugar of course but not in a nice way, just overall too strong for me is all. The rock sugar pear juice is just a bottled drink, which is fine it tastes great, just wasn't expecting it since it sounded like an in-house drink."

"Gumbo fries are top-tier. Delivered pipping hot and cooked just right. I didn't like how the gumbo was packaged, though. "This was my first time eating here so I didn't have any expectations. I was hoping everything would be good as I spent around 30-40 dollars on everything. From a guy who travels the world those were some of the best onions I ever had, period. The burgers would delicious and easy to eat and all the ingredients were top tier! There was a perfect amount of everything and I have to say they are 100% worth everything. I haven't tried the drinks or anything but the onion rings and burgers specifically are top tier. In my personal opinion the fries need an extra dash of salt but I have a salt tooth so that can be taken as you will lol. Overall 10/10 experience. "
"Not sure how this is a top rated location. Ordered 2 burgers (both entirely over done and dry) one had burnt bacon and they are smaller than most burgers we have had. Chicken tenders were burnt, Fries were mid, vanilla shake was more milk than ice cream. Sorry, but this was over priced and underperformed. Definitely would not recommend."

"The pictures don't do it justice!!! the Alfredo had no sauce on it just swimming in oil! Plus the food had no flavor. Also the description and the food look nothing alike.
