I just had the most amazing strawberry banana protein smoothie from Nékter Juice Bar, and I had to share how great the experience was! I ordered it through DoorDash, and not only did it arrive quickly, but it was still ice-cold, creamy, and incredibly fresh.
The smoothie itself was absolute perfection — the strawberries were vibrant and sweet, perfectly balanced by the mellow creaminess of the banana. The protein blend they use is smooth and doesn’t have that chalky taste some places do. It gave the drink a rich, satisfying texture without being overly heavy.

I also requested extra sauce and didn't get it even though it shows on the receipt. The quarter pounder was also cold and no longer juicy. A few days ago I asked for the $5.00 meal. It doesn't show on their menu but highly advertised on TV. Again fake advertising. The server didn't know how to add it to my order, when I got it the fries were missing as well as the extra sauce I ordered. Both experience and food quality were poor. This restaurant is literally one block away from me, and it took about an hour for the food to arrive.
When the food finally arrived, the order was missing the Pizookie entirely. The deep dish nachos were honestly embarrassing. Many of the chips were burnt nearly black, and for $19 there were barely any toppings at all. There was no guacamole, no salsa, and no sour cream. The toppings that did exist were scattered over the top few chips, while the rest of the container was basically just burnt chips with almost nothing on them.
The chicken broccoli Alfredo came with what appeared to be a single broccoli stem, not even actual broccoli florets, and a few slices of chicken. The Parmesan crusted chicken was also missing the lemon sauce, the bottom of the container look partially melted like it was sitting near or on a heating element.
How a restaurant can display multiple quality control failures across almost every item in the order is impressive. To add insult to injury the response to the incomplete and poor-quality order was a $33 credit or the option to wait another hour for replacement food. That is an absurd resolution considering the amount of money spent and the I condition the food arrived in."
