"We had the 10 piece family dinner and the chicken was perfectly cooked and moist. Everything I arrived extremely well packed and therefore stayed warm. But the corn and the flour tortillas arrived warm and fresh. The package was completely sealed at the top which kept in the warmth. The sidestreet hard work corn and pencils and they were good.  Based on other reviews it sounds like the rice is good too.
I prefer a little more spice but the rest of the family liked the fact that it wasn't spicy or noiceably breaded at all (unlike the case with KFC). For "fast food" thischecks all the boxes and is a quality chicken that just as good as what you would get at a white tablecloth restaurant.  This was our first experience with pollo loco but we will be going back again.
