I'm not really sure how it's this hard unless they are keeping it at a really high temperature, because I've kept white rice in a warm cooker overnight before and it didn't get this hard... First, my yuca fries order was supposed to come with 8 pieces and only came with 6, yet I was still charged full price. Then the tostones dish that was supposed to come with slow-braised beef was sent with pork instead. I cannot eat pork due to an allergy, so that’s not just disappointing — it’s a serious mistake.
The presentation looked awful. The food was thrown together, soggy, messy, and honestly looked unappetizing. The dessert looked nothing like the photo advertised online. It was missing toppings and looked old, like it had been sitting out all day. I honestly didn’t even feel comfortable eating it because it did not look fresh at all.
For over $75, I expected much better quality control, accuracy, freshness, and presentation. There are so many other places with better food, larger portions, and better service for less money. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant at all."
