"For myself, I ordered the crunch wrapped supreme. It is my favorite go to, and I've honestly been thinking about it for a whole week now and finally got the opportunity to get one! I like to order mine a specific way and usually there's options available for me to choose from on the app that I can select and perfect my order to my liking. The presentation looked awful. The food was thrown together, soggy, messy, and honestly looked unappetizing. The dessert looked nothing like the photo advertised online. It was missing toppings and looked old, like it had been sitting out all day. I honestly didn’t even feel comfortable eating it because it did not look fresh at all.
For over $75, I expected much better quality control, accuracy, freshness, and presentation. There are so many other places with better food, larger portions, and better service for less money. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant at all."
