In addition to being excellent at cooking jerk chicken (get the West Indies Plate), I think the chefs here really excel at finding flavorful food combinations above anything else. My partner usually gets the West Indies Sandwich but got the Trini Po' Boy this time, which is a different flavor combo entirely, and they really did make it great. (The West Indies Sandwich is still his favorite, but he was happy to eat this - and he can be picky!) The only thing is, they removed Maduros from the menu on DoorDash and it is devastating!!
