Essentially an Indian potato pancake.
One of my fave things from any cultural cuisine.
The Beef Vindaloo is as it always is, perfect.
Decently stewed bite size pieces of beef, stewed in the spices and essential components for a right FRICKEN hot and tangy taste explosion.
I like to make myself a bit of a breakfast or lunch soup with the leftovers the next day. There is so much flavour in this, I never have to add much of anything.

"I order from here all the time and they never disappoint always fresh and extremely flavourful but tonight was truly divine! I've never had Paneer Curry before (I think that's what the smallest one was) and it absolutely blew my mind :) - the daal was amzing as always, The black sesame seeds on the garlic nan was delicious - the samosa flavourful as always. The butter chicken was a thicker consistency than usual and I absolutely loved it. Thank you Divine for letting me try what I think is Paneer masala I'll definitely be ordering it in the future! :)"
