All tasted fresh but such a lack of flavor. As if they forgot to add any seasoning. Not even salt. No fire roasted or flame grilled taste. Ultra light char on the veggies. Plated well but the flavor is so lacking.
Also the pita bread comes quartered and thrown into a plastic bag with utensils, napkins, sumac packets and butter. All in the same bag, all jumbled together.
Its awkward. We are all full but not satisfied. Good portions just no flavor. Something went wrong I just don't know what.

"It's a cold Wednesday evening, I am sitting in my car, waiting for my meeting to start while my stomach growls at me---begging for care in the form of delicious warm food. As I scroll through the abundant options on this app, my eyes are stolen by the colorful displays of food from Patar Shawarma.  so I said to myself, "this looks good", and placed an order, thinking that it was just another shawarma place in Glendale that was going to do the job of shutting my stomach up. But I was mistaken. When I finally got my order, I opened the chicken Shawarma plate and was immediately greeted by the aroma of a grill. I began to indulge. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The rice, serving as a plain and simple pallet cleanser. The fresh garden salad, as if it was picked from the Garden of Eden. The grilled potatoes, ohhh how warm, soft, and salty they were. And last but not least, the side of pickles so fresh that it reminds you of your Soviet grandma taking out a glass jar of her basement stored pickles. To wash it down, I got a Mexican coke because natural sugar cane tastes so good. As I conclude my experience, I want to thank the chefs, which this meal would not be possible without, and the owners, whose attention to care translates from the kitchen into the belly of many hungry Americans in Glendale, just before their weekday meeting."

"Honestly everthing was kinda bland. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was great. The Rotisserie- Whole Chicken had little flavor and was under seasoned . The Hummus was so so and kind of grain, the Garlic Sauce was flat and had a strange texture. The Pickled Vegetables were basically just cabbage. The Fried Potatowas predictably soggy, which is to be expected with delivery, but they would have loved some salt. Ironically the best thing was the Yogurt Cucumbers which I didnt actually order, they sent it as a substitute for the tabbouleh that they were apparently out of stock on. "
