Ordered The Dude sandwich and it was everything I hoped for and more. the NY Strip was sliced perfectly and was perfectly roasted, not extra chewy or fatty like other steak sandwiches I've had before. I ordered it with Farmhouse cheddar that melted into the steak perfectly. the herbed mayo was light and the pesto gave it that extra flavor and also kept the sandwich from being dry.
