If you look at the last pic, that's the thickness of 3 ribs compared to a bone. They were so skinny in fact, it felt like the meat going over the top and bottom of the bone was skin and the sides were the only meat on the ribs. The rib meat was literally as thick as the bone itself. It was also tough and dry. It's a shame though because the flavor was all there. There just was no meat. This usually doesn't happen at other locations but this one was disappointing."

In full transparency I live in NYC now where standard for Thai and Vietnamese food is much higher but this place could definitely make improvements. Their service is always excellent though!"
