The Haddock On a Bun (2-for-1 deal) was battered and fried, not grilled like the menu description and there was no side of coleslaw for either sandwich. The fish was greasy and bland on a doughy bun with the only flavour coming from the sliver of red onions. Threw out the sandwiches because it was just sad and unappetizing. I haven't been to Buster's in many years and based off this order, things have gone downhill. Not worth the expense. "

"I was pretty disappointed with this order. First, one of my items was canceled because it was out of stock. Because of that, the restaurant apparently had to remake my entire order, which delayed it by 25–30 minutes. I don’t really understand why they had to redo everything just to remove one appetizer.
As for the food, it really wasn’t worth the price. The pasta was $35 but the portion was small, the sauce barely had any flavor, and the texture of the pasta felt stale rather than al dente. The sliders were just average — the meat wasn’t great — but still priced high. Even the fries weren’t good, which is disappointing considering they’re a basic item.
The rice cake with crab was one of the better things, but the crab was dry and the rice cake, while fried, still felt a bit stale. Even the bread wasn’t good.
Overall, the food was underwhelming for how expensive it was. I wouldn’t recommend it at this price point would not order again lol"

Portions - on the line of proper amount
Pasta - Good, Al Dente, the way it should be
Sauce - settled at the bottom, was a lightly spiced, basic beschamel, which was unfortunate coming out of the MAC & CHEESE HOUSE.
Suggestion - add a special spice from a certain part of the world, not just black pepper (to have a certain flavour/colour which is uniquely your own), and 3-4 more cheeses in your Beschamel sauce; they don't need to be strong, mild white cheeses would work.
Thicken the sauce (with cheese) or change the noodles to help hold the sauce to the noodles better.
Cheese - non existent, except for the sprinkle of mild marble on top of the noodles with the lobster pieces.
Lobster - small salted pieces, but filled with flavour. I did taste a hint of lobster broth in the white sauce, but I think you can do better with it. Either add more in the sauce, or boil your noodles in them, because that hint of broth will be the selling point on that meal that will keep customers coming for more.
Good ideas, horrendous execution, but oh so much room for the potential of greatness that can reach Swiss Chalet heights.
You are not worth the money right now. Cut those prices in half until you are working with actual RECIPIES and not just bland noodles in white sauce."
