The dressing was pretty good, providing the majority of the flavor. The beef was cooked medium (mostly brown with a bit of pink), maybe 2 tbs cut up. Bottom line, there was little to get excited about with the Mexican bowl. I ate about half of mine, then fished around for bits of steak."
