Everytime we get food from here it's always with the freshest ingredients.. you can taste that their prawns are really fresh and they always have fresh vegetables with no wilted ones in any of their dishes. For example, a lot of places make Yeung Chow Rice with a simple frozen mix of peas & carrots or something, but Cafe Gloucester uses fresh chopped vegetables in theirs. Their pastas are also good, although they're not usually our go-to here, we've tried a few of them and they're tasty as well (although they do have some corn and carrots in their bacon mushroom penne which was surprising for us, but it didn't bother us or ruin the dish at all).
