The rice also needs something its very bland. If you don't like your food to have flavor I recommend but i like flavor a pinch of salt won't kill the two times i have eaten here (one sit in one take out) the rice was BLAND. I like the concept but the food is very much mid. The dine in experience is better though just because they give you complimentary items which they should include a little of that for takeout with the amount you pay. "

With a Neapolitan crust, this amount

soggy. But with Zois, the cake-like
Greek crust, absorbed water given
off by the veggies and still remained
crispy and toothsome. The large
portion of cheese balanced the lack
of processed meats. So Zois makes

The yams were also so good, great texture slightly firm but soft, not mush or overly sweet goo like most - would def get shrimp and yams again! I ordered the 3-meat meal — ribs, chicken, and brisket. The ribs were falling off the bone, the brisket was juicy and smoky, and the chicken tasted like it came straight off a pit that someone’s grandpa has been guarding for 40 years. That kind of flavor only comes from people who really care about their BBQ.
