As someone who orders the chicken spinach salad often, more than 20 times, I noticed the portion size and toppings were significantly different than usual. Typically, the salad is so generous that I can’t finish it in one sitting, but this order was primarily spinach with two tomatoes and no feta at all. Additionally, the kids spaghetti had very little sauce, and the chicken parmesan sub was mostly bread. We were all still hungry after our meal, and quite disappointed.

It also wasn't cut all the way through. whole reason I chose this store to order from despite the extra fees was because their Fries pictured are battered diner fries which are hard to find. When they arrived they were crinkle cut fries that were limp. The cheddar cheese wiz plastic cup had been melted from the heat and the cheese wiz was a horrible texture-lumpy and thick and grainy despite still being warm. Overall not a very pleasant experience.
