I paid $18 for a Sultan Ahmet Signature Salad and received a few spoonfuls probably not even a full small size, the same applies to my Lunch Special Beef Doner lunch special a smaller amount than expected, and the rice which came with my Liver Shish Kebap Dinner as well barely covered the medium plate. The bread however is fresh and thick, and the Lahmacun with Salad (2 pcs) is a good size. However I received a lentil soup instead of the Chicken Soup I ordered. Im disappointed by the small portions sizes for the price and recommend you revisit the side portions at least like for rice etc."

"I've ordered from here so many times over the last 3 or 4 years, from different locations, and literally almost every time they don't put the pomegranate molasses sauce (the thing that makes it different from similar restaurants) on the wrap. I always order it on the side because of this, and sometimes they forget that too, even with me adding an order note asking them to please not forget it in the wrap, or on the side. Tonight's Shawarma Mix wraps didn't have the pomegranate sauce OR the garlic sauce (which they've forgotten once before). Those are listed ingredients, not extras. The meat was dry and chewy tonight, and the moisture in the wrap came from watery lettuce and tomatoes...some water dripped out of the wrap when I first picked it up. You can see in the photo that there's no sauce, a few limp wisps of lettuce, and about two pieces each of turnip and tomato. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I've finally had enough. How is it so difficult to put the same 5 ingredients in a wrap? I understand a place having an off night, but almost every single time?? I'm sadly not surprised their rating isn't very good because I'm sure I'm not the only one having this experience."

I ordered the Honey Fried Chicken with Rose Pasta. The portion size was generous, which is probably the main reason I’m giving it a 4/10 instead of a lower score. It arrived hot and fresh, and there was plenty of food.
Unfortunately, the flavor was very underwhelming. The rose sauce tasted like a very basic tomato sauce with little to no seasoning or spices, lacking the creamy, rich flavor you’d expect. The honey fried chicken was also overly sweet and tasted more like chicken tossed in a store-bought honey sauce rather than a homemade one.
Overall, while the portions and freshness were good, the dish lacked depth of flavor and seasoning. It has potential, but the taste didn’t live up to the presentation or portion size."
