The coconut flan tasted like plastic, like it had been sitting on the fridge on a open container and it accumulated the taste of the fridge air. Very sad with this order, it was disastrous. The ham and cheese croquette was good, I would say because the cheese gives that moist necessary and ham’s got natural liquid in it. The shrimp croquette was good, and not as dry, but only 2 small pieces of shrimp on a snack bigger than my fist."

"I placed a large order this morning and noticed a few issues. The online menu only allows you to select one of each bagel type, which made it hard to order multiples of the same kind. For example, I wanted two whole wheat everything and two egg everything bagels, but there was no way to specify that. Also, they were out of my two French toast bagels and replaced them with rainbow bagels without checking with me first. I think the store should call to confirm substitutions instead of making automatic changes. It would also help to have a notes or instructions section for bulk orders to avoid confusion. The store has this section off."
