"The only Chinese food I've been more disappointed in was when I lived in England because the English do not do Chinese well.
The meats that were fried were so oily I nearly vomited eating them. The sweet and sour chicken balls were both under and over cooked, so was te almond chicken. Some ofthe breading was mushy and some was overcooked to the point of discoloration. Maybe turn the oil temp down and cook for longer. The ragoon was chewy, not at all crisp. Whatever they use to make the almond chicken sauce, it tastes like a blandy gravy you made with a bunch of oil and some yellow food dye. My husband eats everything, he wouldnt touch it. He has declined exactly 3 meals I've served him in 12 years. The broccoli chicken was bland but the most edible thing we had received. The fried rice was also bland. "
