"Not only was my junior bacon cheeseburger a completely dried up husk, looking more like leather with lettuce on top, but it obviously sat under a heat lamp since the store opened 14 and 1/2 hours prior. Also, they substituted my chili cheese baked potato with a sour cream and chives potato- however, they did not put anything on this potato. It was completely plain and barely cooked, which I apparently gave them $7 for.
