"Actually incredible. I don't always review after my first order but this was too good to leave it hanging. I got a Fish Plate Lunch with some French Fries . And it was so much food I needed an hour or longer to eat. I was worried that catfish with rice could soak up some moisture, but the catfish wasn't soggy at all! In fact, the crispy (even crunchy) breading was better than any fried fish I've had lately. A (slightly) spicy, seasoned crispy outside that had a beautiful combination of flavors. Aaa. It was so good y'all. And the shrimp fried rice that came with it was a nice change of pace from typical fast food pairings (I still loved the in crinkle cut fries btw but never had rice with fish; really tasty). This is an easy 5/5. The only thing that could have been better was the amount of tartar sauce. I only got 1 ramekin for 8 pieces of catfish. Ran out sooner than half way through meal. Tartar sauce isn't currently on the DD menu. Peak comfort food. Highly recommend!"

It was just a little on the salty side for me, but still tasty overall. I also got the fries and gravy, which were a nice touch, though again, just a bit salty. One suggestion I have is for their DoorDash packaging. I would really like to see them staple the bags in a more secure way so they are fully closed. Some time after 6am I got the craving for lunch. Sketchy sleep schedule, you know how it is. The only place that looked good was Ryan's. I got Shrimp and 4 pieces dark combo for later. I wanted to count the shrimps because Popeyes burned me with only 17 shrimp for around $10. I lost count around 60 - it was SO much. The taste & texture was stellar, beautiful color, virtually no grease. With just as many fries, it took an hour to eat. Kudos to them for giving a nice amount of tartar sauce & ketchup. Side salad was fresh & simple. I can't know if every dish will be this fantastic, but I can tell these folks care about making quality food. The chicken was also really good, both fresh and after I heated it up in the evening. Fries, ketchup, and a can of Coke included (customized request). Easy 5 stars"

"The white Andouille White Cheddar Grits are truly AMAZING!!!! Thanks to my daughter, she dropped off a bunch of appetizers and a steak for my husband & I, mainly for my mother; she's an in-home hospice patient, and rarely eats. She did try the red bean, grits, and mashed potatoes but they were too spicy for her elderly palette. When I tried the grits for the first time, my husband was outside and I called him in to try the apps and steaks but he took too long and I could NOT share the grits, not even a bite lol. That's how good they are; they are perfectly seasoned, have small bits of andouille sausage, you can taste the white cheddar but it's not overly abundant... I do wonder if they even use butter in the grits, if they do, it's not much at all. I have been having mouth problems and chewing has been difficult, which I have been using as an excuse to order the grits, almost nightly. If you haven't tried them yet and enjoy a good bowl of grits, I highly recommend. I only wish they had a bigger portion, maybe I'll try the shrimp & grits one day."
