"Mustve been an off day or something because I see lots of good reviews. The mangu was flavorless and not very enjoyable. Typically the sides help but it felt like they used really cheap products. The Yaroa con Maduros / Yaroa with Sweet Bananas was ok but was kind of dry and also the packaging was really messy. The With Oxtails/Con Rabowas probably the worst of the bunch I don't think I'll order than anymore. They gave me 2 pieces and it was like 50% fat. I dont mind a little fat but that was overkill. The flavor was more sweet,l rather than savory; not my preference. The rice was terribly pasty. The beans were decent at least, it helped with the pasty rice "

Lots of jalapeños in it which I loved. They give lots of meat. I'm not a fan of corn tortillas so next time I'll definitely get extra rice. The Chorizo/Chorizo Con Papas was just incredible. It was so crispy and fresh. There is a menu error where it says you get 3 tostones instead of 1 but based on the price I figured it was a typo. Tres Leches Cake was great. The frosting was different than I had before and not whipped cream. I'll definitely be ordering again."

"It was my first time ordering from La Polleria and I was disappointed that they forgot half my order. I also only got two Street Tacos I thought I was getting three. There's another tacos order for a dollar less and you get three (according to the photo). So why charge more and offer less? The two tacos I got were pretty good. The asada steak was tender and seasoned decently. The limes, lettuce, avocado and radishes were pretty fresh. The salsa was spicy but not overly spicy. I wish I had those other two tacos though. I was still hungry. They closed before I could reorder."
