Moist, flavorful, and not overly dry or soggy. No grains of rice stuck together. Pairs well with their beans too, which have a good consistency. The meat on the Aldo’s Platter was well cooked. Carnitas was the big surprise. Most carnitas I have had have chunks of fat that ruin the experience. This was moist but lean without chunks of fat. Tender and delicious chicken and steak as well.
