Maybe if the recipe is tweaked slightly to use less flavoring and a bit less salt. And I LOVE salt. But this was too intense.
The avocado, tomato, feta one was... just pretty boring. Needed some kind of sauce? But my 10 year old loved it so this could be just a flavor preference thing. Texture was great. Maybe send a little bit of the balsamic reduction on the side?
