"I ordered the 20-piece boneless meal with 3 different flavors and everything came out perfect — they always get the sauces right, even when I order multiples. This time I selected the fries well done (usually they can be soggy), and it made all the difference — they were actually crispy and really good. For the price, it’s a great value too. Paid $5 upcharge for them as a side and this is what I got. I dont think your fried food travels well. I would suggest double checking quality control on to go orders and poking holes to vent the food before sending out so the extra condensation doesnt completely soak the fried food. Fish and chips and the tators were the same way; soggy and burnt!!"
