The injera they give you is mainly wheat and extremely pale, it likely has very little or no teff. You have to pay extra to get real teff injera and it was at least a day old and not fresh. I have been eating Ethiopian food for years and can tell when corners are cut. For the prices we should be getting fresh injera and teff based.
