"I ordered garlic parm wings. When I received the order, there was a pool of grease in the bottom of the bag. I didn't see it before opening it, and it got all over the table and my shirt. After cleaning that up. I opened the container anxious to eat. There was no dressing and I didn't recall an option to select one in the app. I could see the skin on the Wings (12) was still chewy in most areas. I didn't feel like getting out my air fryer, so I struggled through. I shouldn't have to air fry my food so it's not gross. I was hungry and ate 5 and fed the chewy skin to my dogs. They need to do better with cooking and packaging. Maybe they're better in person but I won't order this again for delivery."
