"I recently visited Yakishabu and was seriously impressed. I ordered the pork fried rice, and it was stellar, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and satisfying. The only thing I would have liked is an option to add some heat, maybe a spicy sauce or chili flakes, to give it an extra kick. My friend had the pork katsu, and it was equally excellent. The breading was crisp without being greasy, and the pork was juicy and cooked to perfection. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.
