My recommendation: two people should split one ScramBOWL (spelled just like that). Skip the ham and substitute extra crispy bacon—it’s absolutely heavenly. The manager, Jim, is a kind and excellent gentleman. If you order on DoorDash and happen to be out of ketchup at home, he makes sure you get plenty. Austin, the young man who answered the phone, was polite, professional, and a class act as well. Both of them went above and beyond—Redding is lucky to have them. Five stars across the board.
