The bread had a very nice crust yet it was not hard at all it just had the right amount of crunch, yet was soft and easy to bite into. I haven't tried any of the other sandwiches, but I can highly recommend the ham and brie. It was the perfect accompaniment to our pastries. Three pastries and a sandwich are more than enough to feed 3 people for a late breakfast or an early lunch. We shared all of our pastries along with the sandwich, and all three of us had a fun time comparing and trying to figure out what our favorite was.
