The Short Stack of Pancakes (3) was delicious. The pancakes were HUGE in the best way. Large and thick but so flavorful and not dry like sometimes thick ones can be. Served with a packet of syrup per pancake which was nice. Honestly they were perfect, clearly fresh, and I'm absolutely going to order them again. For the first time I finally ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes I've been eyeballing for weeks and OMG they are amazing!!! The pancakes are cooked perfectly and fluffy and the lemon and ricotta flavor are so good without being overbearing or too sweet. Add the fact it has really fresh cut strawberries and they are the biggest pancakes I've ever seen! I also decided to get the blueberry cornbread to try and not only does it taste incredible, I was surprised by how large it was.
